Homebuyers Reports
These are prepared including inspection of roof space, advice on condition and structural matters, lifting manhole covers where possible - valuation and all you need to know for buying your house. Please note that specialist reports may be recommended, e.g, electrical wiring tests, gas appliance tests, specialist damp proofing and timber treatment reports and so forth. We would be happy to discuss details with prospective clients.
